The Minders launch new crowdfunding campaign
The Minders have just kicked off a Kickstarter campaign to help fund the vinyl pressing of their next album titled “Psychedelic Blacktop”. The record will be their 5th full length LP and is due to be released June 21, 2020 on Space Cassette Records. The album is a return to their DIY roots, with most of the recording done at Martyn’s home studio on his half inch 8 track reel-to-reel machine. The band has already released several teaser tracks from the album over the past few months that you can find on all the regular digital music services. Be sure to secure your copy of the vinyl and help them reach their goal. The Kickstarter ends March 18th.
The High Water Marks re-issue “Polar” on vinyl
The High Water Marks have just re-issued their album “Polar” on vinyl LP for the first time. Originally released in 2007 on CD with Happy Happy Birthday to Me Records, the record was their 2nd release. The band is now based in Norway but we’ve got copies in our web shop for any fans in the US who want to avoid hefty international shipping costs!
Circulatory System launches Kickstarter campaign
Circulatory System + Elephant 6 are currently running a crowdfunding campaign to reissue their debut album record on vinyl for the first time ever. The 2001 double album has only been available on CD and download up to this point. The band hopes to finally release it in the vinyl format, with a beautiful gatefold sleeve. The Minders release 2 new songs from their upcoming album
In anticipation of their next full length album (due to be released in early 2020), The Minders have released 2 brand new songs. “Let’s Go Driving” and “The Girl From Oklahoma” are both available on all digital platforms for streaming and downloads (Spotify, iTunes, Google Play, etc). High Water Marks’ debut album gets digital reissue
For the first time, The High Water Marks’ debut album, Songs About The Ocean, is now available on all digital streaming services and stores. The 2004 album was originally released by Eenie Meenie Records on LP and CD and has been out of print for some time. The band has hinted at more reissues and even new recordings on their Facebook page.
The Gerbils launch kickstarter campaign
For the 21st anniversary of their debut album, Are You Sleepy, The Gerbils + Elephant 6 are currently running a crowdfunding campaign to reissue the record on vinyl. The 1998 vinyl has been out-of-print almost 2 decades and was originally only available in a limited LP pressing by the British label Earworm. While they did successfully reach their fundraising goal, there are still 2 weeks left on the campaign and you can pre-order a record by going to their Kickstarter page.

Congratulations to The Minders for reaching the crowdfunding goal! Their kickstarter campaign to reissue their classic debut album, Hooray for Tuesday, has ended successfully. It’s the 20th anniversary of the album originally released in 1998. The album will be pressed on vinyl with a gatefold sleeve and extra tracks. The records are currently slated to ship on October.
